How do I make an appointment?
Phone the consulting rooms on (03) 9005 3888 and one of our reception staff will be happy to arrange an appointment for you.
What do I need to bring with me?
Please remember to bring:
- A current referral from your general practitioner
- Your medicare card and private health insurance details
- Ultrasound or blood test results
What are the fees?
There will be an out of pocket cost for consultations. Our reception staff can discuss fees with you.
Which hospitals do you visit?
